When he's not saving the day for clients, you'll find Scott brewing his latest IPA (and you better bet there are spreadsheets for his brew schedules and ingredients), smoking some meat, stand up paddleboarding, or working on his project Jeep. Scott measures success not just in budgets saved but briskets grilled.
