He guides projects through challenging jurisdictions, protects timelines and budgets, and helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence. Scott is a true partner, anticipating obstacles, unlocking paths forward, and ensuring momentum never stalls.

His calm, easygoing demeanor is backed by a sharp operational mind and a deep appreciation for a well-built spreadsheet. This balance allows him to lead with both approachability and precision.

Outside the office, Scott channels that same discipline into brewing craft IPAs, smoking brisket, paddleboarding, and fine-tuning his project Jeep. He measures success in both projects delivered and experiences well crafted.
